Nowadays, we can see that almost all trading and business activities including banking can be done online. This trend give a lot of advantages both to consumer and business organisation. However, bad side about e-commerce also cannot be ignored. Now, I will explain some ethical issue which always surround the world of e-commerce.

1. Web Spoofing
Web spoofing is an electronic frustration in connection with the Internet. This happens when the aggressor produces fake website which is almost exactly the same as the original website to induce people to offer their credit cards or other personal data.

Unethical issues are against the moral values of a person which are considered as bad and inappropriate for the business.

    1. Well, you can definitely start with AI as a substitute/automatization for certain processes of e commerce for instance customer support queries. Pros and cons of that and what could go wrong if the AI units learn the undesirable behavior.

Security is always a good field when speaking dilemmas. You have an open world of technology that is making our lives better in some ways, on the other hand we are losing our privacy by giving willingy GBs of data to third parties , that you bet they will analyze.

There might be other circles od technology but in general I would not go too far away from SWOT / pros and cons analysis- why we need this technology versus what do we lose. Because usually if we gain something we lose at the other hand. We just have to hope that the gains outgrown the losses. Good luck!

  20. Nice article...
Unethical issues in business are common at all the places of our nation. Some strict rules and punishments for the one doing such things could be one among the possible solutions for avoiding unethical issues.
Rules must include a written statement from the employee guarantying his/her regular punctuality and sincerity towards work, if not then termination from the job.

  24. Technically, it is also expected that secure e-commerce frameworks will help the diffusion processes (Dey, Nabi, & Anwer, 2009;Nardal & Sahin, 2011). Ming-xia and Dan (2007) and Wantang (2009) build a conciliator mechanism to improve e-commerce trust-building phenomenon. .
